You buy the domain yourself at your own registrar, it costs around 12 euro a year and it stays yours. We only point it at your site and issue the certificate, at no extra charge.

Yes. Each table has a setting for whether it can be booked online. Such a table stays in your calendar but is not offered on the site.
You set the usual length of a visit, for example two hours, plus time to reset the table after guests leave. The site offers the last booking so that it ends by closing time.
