You buy the domain yourself at your own registrar, it costs around 12 euro a year and it stays yours. We only point it at your site and issue the certificate, at no extra charge.
Anything marked after launch is on the roadmap and not in the first release. You will not be charged for a plan before the features you signed up for are in it.
Yes. A service can carry a different price and duration for each person, and the public page shows the price for whoever the client chose.
